A potential for Severe Weather is possible for parts of the region this evening and overnight.

Randy Luna says on the Stormdar Weather Facebook Page, “We’re still looking at strong to severe storms developing later this afternoon into this evening. The primary threats will be damaging wind and large hail, but there is also an outside chance of one or two tornadoes.”

The National Weather Service update indicates the strongest possibility of Severe Weather is in Central Arkansas where several High School Football Games, including the 5A Championship Game in Little Rock, has been postponed because of the weather threat. Areas of Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri are in the Marginal to Slight Category.
