Fatality Accidents Monday in Arkansas, Missouri

A pair of accidents Monday in the Lakes Region take three lives:

A fatal crash was reported in Carroll County Monday afternoon on Highway 62.

Two were killed in the accident on Highway 62, 2 miles east of Green Forest, according to an Arkansas State Police report.

A 2002 GMC Envoy was going eastbound on the highway when it crossed into the oncoming lane and struck a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, then spun and struck 2006 Honda Pilot, according to the report.

Madonna Woodward, 34, of Berryville was killed in the accident. Woodward was driving the GMC at the time of the accident, according to the report.

A 16-year-old boy was killed in the accident. He was driving the Honda Pilot, according to the report. He was not identified in the report.

The driver of the Chevrolet, a 34-year-old man and a 7-year-old girl also in the vehicle were injured in the accident.

A passenger in the Honda, 66-year-old man, was also injured in the accident.

All of the injured people were taken to North Arkansas Hospital in Harrison, Arkansas.

On Monday Evening, a crash on Highway 86 has killed one.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed that the crash involved a semi-truck and car.

No information about the person killed in the crash has been released.
