The Annual Veterans Day Parade through Downtown Branson will close some streets during the staging and the duration of the parade Sunday Morning.
Sycamore and Long Streets will shut down at 8:00 with the Lower Bridge between Hollister and Branson over Lake Taneycomo will have the inbound lane shutdown at 9:30 with Branson Landing Boulevard closing completely at 10:30.
Parade officials remind busses entered into the Parade will meet at the Branson Junior High Parking lot at 9:30 and then be taken to the staging area at 10:15. All Bands and Junior ROTC Units will stage at 9:00 at the south end of the Bass Pro Parking Lot. All other entrants in the Parade get to the staging area by coming off of Veterands Boulevard onto Price Street to the parking area starting at 8:00 at the time you are scheduled to stage.
The Veterans Parade will begin at 11:00 am and step off on Sycamore Street southbound to Long Street, then turn northbound on Branson Landing Boulevard then comeback south on Commercial, east on College, then finish near where the Parade started on Sycamore Street.
