C of O Basketball Weekend

by: Scott McCaulley

The College of the Ozarks began a busy basketball weekend Thursday night as the men took on Oklahoma Wesleyan on the road and dropped a 99-77 game to the sixth ranked team in NAIA Division Two.  The Bobcats trailed most of the game but did get the offense going in the second half and had five players in double figures led by Klay Barton’s 15 points.

Tonight, the C of O Lady Bobcats will start the Homecoming Weekend schedule of games by hosting Southwestern College at 7:00 while the Men will return to action on Saturday at 3:15 against Randall College. Both games can be heard on 106.3 KRZK.
