A Hollister woman will spend the rest of her life in prison after assaulting a man and leaving him to die.
A Lawrence County judge sentenced Brandy Shaddox to life in prison without parole in the death of Larry Adams.
Shaddox also received severe more sentences for assault, armed criminal action, kidnapping, and forgery.
A jury found her guilty of tying Adams up and leaving him in a car.
He died of hypothermia.
A Highlandville man named Mark Baily was sentenced earlier this year for helping Shaddox commit the crime.
