Accidents Injures Two Lakes Area Residents

Two Lakes Area Residents sustain moderate injuries in separate accidents Friday and Saturday mornings.

39 year old Christopher Horton of Branson West along with a passenger in his vehicle, 17 year old Michael Luebbert of Springfield were injured on Greene County Route F west of Bois D’Arc around 9:20 Friday Morning when the vehicle Horton was driving ran off the right side of the road, overcorrected the went off the other side of the road, overturned, and impacted a fence and a tree. Both Horton and Luebbert were taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment.

The other accident happened early Saturday morning around 1:50 in Taney County on Highway 160 three miles west of Rueter when a vehicle driven by 20 year old Robert Huggins of Forsyth ran off the roadway and struck a tree. Huggins was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment.
