A domestic disturbance call in Branson Thursday afternoon leads to a police chase that ended with a suspect shooting himself in the head.
According to our Ozarks First news partner, Chrystal Blair, when Branson police responded to the domestic assault call the suspect was not at the residence. The man’s vehicle was later spotted by Taney County deputies who tried to stop him. Instead, the suspect led police on a low speed chase for several miles before ending up on a dead end street at the Bee Creek Apartments. There, he got out of the vehicle, put a gun to his head and eventually fired.
