Man Killed in Bakersfield Motorhome Fire

BAKERSFIELD, Mo. – One man died Sunday morning in a motorhome fire on Zastrow Drive at Bakersfield in Ozark County.

According to the Bakersfield Volunteer Fire Department, the fire was reported around 5:30 a.m. when a neighbor called in after discovering the fire.

The Tecumseh and Caulfield volunteer fire departments also responded to the scene to provide mutual aid.

The Ozark County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the victim to be Charles Fienhold, who lived in the motorhome.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
