EIA Predicts Rise in U.S. Consumption of Liquid Fuels

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Energy Information Administration is predicting a rise in the consumption of liquid fuels in the U.S.

Jonathan Cogan with the EIA breaks down this prediction in his recent report from Washington:

 

Cogan adds ethane consumption alone is expected to account for almost 65-percent of the growth in hydrocarbon gas liquids consumption, as new domestic ethylene crackers and export infrastructure have begun operations recently.
