Man Arrested for DWI in Barry Co. Crash

SELIGMAN, Mo. – A man from Seligman is arrested for driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 37 in Seligman.

State troopers say 47-year-old Eric Driggers was westbound at 9:20 a.m. Saturday, when he made a left turn in front of a southbound vehicle driven by 46-year-old Angela Ledenham of Garfield, Arkansas, striking it in the rear passenger side.

Ledenham was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Rogers for treatment of minor injuries.

According to the highway patrol arrest report, Driggers was cited for failure to yield right of way and no insurance in addition to misdemeanor DWI.

He was booked in the Barry County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
