BRANSON, Mo. – A water main break on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway this morning has been isolated and crews are working on its repair.
Branson Public Works Officials say they were first alerted to the break in the 23-hundred block of Shepherd of the Hills Expressway in Branson at around 7 a.m.
Crews immediately responded to the area and were able to separate the break from the working pipes, according to water authorities.
Water pressure in the area did fluctuate for a while, however, the pressure should now be normal. According to the Branson Public Works Department, tests on site concluded a boil notice was not needed for this incident.
Drivers in the area should be aware of working near the roadway fixing the water main break this afternoon.
