BRANSON, Mo. – Faith Community Health uses the power of the force to raise around $10,000 during a special showing of the Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

On Thursday, December 14th, Faith Community Health joined forces with the Branson Meadows Cinema to host the special event, which gave Star Wars fans the opportunity to see the new movie earlier than anyone else in Branson.

FCH Executive Director Kenn Tilus shared due to decreased grant funding in 2017, the clinic has had to raise patient fees, resulting in an essential need for donor support:

Admission into the event was 100-dollars per ticket and included admission, popcorn, a drink, Star Wars trading cards and a photo on the Star Wars “Red Carpet.” Tilus says with each ticket sold they were able to help cover the cost of a patient medical visit to Faith Community Health.
