It is District Semi-final Night for Missouri High School Football teams while Arkansas Schools are entering the next to last week of the Regular Season.
Missouri District Semi-finals
Two Lakes Area High School Football teams look to continue their seasons as they hit the road for semi-final games. Branson is traveling to Lebanon in the Class 5 District Playoffs. The Pirates picked up win number four on the season with their first round win over Central last week while Lebanon had a first week bye after finishing the regular season 6-3. Tonight’s game begins at 7:00 and can be heard on 106.3 KRZK. Tonight’s winner will take on the winner of the Ozark at Glendale game for the District Championship next Friday.
Meanwhile, the Reeds Spring Wolves are on the road at Cassville for Class 3 District Action. The Wolves are looking to avenge one of their two losses on the season as the Wildcats got the win at Reeds Spring in Week 2. Reeds Spring beat Monett while Cassville ended the season for the Hollister Tigers in last week’s opening round. Tonight’s game begins at 7:00 and can by heard on MY 100.1 FM KOMC. The other Class 3 District Semi-final features Mount Vernon at Seneca.
Arkansas High School Football
Week Nine of the Regular season finds the Harrison Goblins trying to break a two game losing streak as they travel to Maumelle. The Goblins are also trying to stay in the hunt for a 5A Playoff Spot as they match-up with one of six teams still playing for four spots. Also tonight, Green Forest plays their final home game of the season as they host Melbourne while Berryville also concludes their home portion of the schedule as they entertain Prairie Grove.
