HS Basketball Recap/Schedule

A High School Basketball Recap and Scores plus tonight’s schedule:

Reeds Spring Rallies to Win
If a team played a game where they had three score in double figures and led for all but 90 seconds of a game the chances are that team would have been victorious. That wasn’t the case for the Hollister Lady Tigers Thursday night as despite leading almost the entire game, the Reeds Spring Lady Wolves rallied by scoring the games final six points and grabbed a 43-40 win knocking off Hollister for the second time in five days. The Lady Wolves, who had a big win over Hollister in the Galena Tournament third place game last Saturday, took advantage of some late Lady Tiger turnovers to grab the win. While no Lady Wolves players hit double figures, Carolyn Johnson led a very balanced scoring attack with nine points while Hollister’s Raven Ross led all scorers with 14 points.
