Arkansas Man Felony Charged Following Vehicle Crash

BRANSON, Mo. – An Arkansas man is arrested and charged following a single vehicle crash Tuesday morning, one mile east of Branson in Taney County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 30-year-old Timothy Grebe of Omaha, Arkansas was traveling eastbound on Highway 76 at 8:07 a.m., when he travelled off of the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned his vehicle.

A passenger in the vehicle, 48-year-old William Gomez-Deleon of Berryville, Arkansas, was transported by ambulance to Cox Medical Center Branson to be treated for his moderate injuries.

According to the online arrest report, Grebe was charged with 2nd degree felony assault, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Taney County Jail.
