Local VFW to Assist Veterans in Filing for VA Benefits

BRANSON, Mo. – Area Veterans suffering from health related issues are invited to the Branson Senior Center on Wednesday to receive filling assistance in collecting their VA benefits.

From 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. members of the Branson/Hollister Memorial VFW Post 11290 will be on hand to assist Veterans in filling out a VFW Department of Missouri Veterans Referral form, according to VFW Commander Jerry Long:

 

The Branson Senior Center is located in the Branson Community Center at 201 Compton. Long invites anyone with questions to contact him at 870-688-4055.

  1. I hope they are aware of the Aid and Attendance pension benefit and how it can help veterans pay for care. It can help so many veterans. The website http://www.VeteranAid.orgis a great resource for this benefit to find out more about eligibility and how to apply.
