Thornfield Woman Charged for Crashing Vehicle on Bridge

THEODOSIA, Mo. – A woman from Thornfield is injured and arrested following her single vehicle crash early Saturday morning, in Theodosia in Ozark County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 43-year-old Katina Evans was traveling westbound on U-S Highway 160, across the Theodosia Bridge at 2:20 a.m., when she struck a cable and the side of the bridge before overturning.

According to the online arrest report, Evans was arrested and charged with careless and impudent driving and driving while intoxicated. She was released to the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas for treatment of her moderate injuries.
