PROTEM, Mo. – Two Central Missouri residents are injured in a motorcycle crash Thursday evening, in Protem in Taney County.
State Troopers report 50-year-old Dale Renkemeyer of St. Elizabeth was traveling southbound on Missouri 125 at 5:20 p.m., when he ran the motorcycle he was operating off of the right side of the curve and overturned.
A passenger on the motorcycle, 50-year-old Michele Renkemeyer of Holts Summit, was transported to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield by helicopter to be treated for her serious injuries. Dale Renkemeyer was also transported to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, but by ambulance to be treated for his moderate injuries.
