KIMBERLING CITY, Mo. – One of the largest fireworks displays in the area returns to Kimberling City this weekend, as the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce presents Fireburst 2016.
Attended annually by upwards of 20-thousand area residents and guests, the Saturday evening display can be easily enjoyed by land or by water, in proximity to the Kimberling City Bridge.
Chamber Director Sheila Thomas points out that Fireburst is funded entirely by donations from the community. She says several businesses have stepped up this year to provide needed support…
Thomas says individual donations have declined this year, so she encourages folks who attend the event to lend a helping hand…
Those who would like to donate to Fireburst can do so by calling the chamber office at 417-739-2564, or by contributing online at https://www.gofundme.com/Fireburst2016.
The fireworks begin at approximately 9:15 p.m. Saturday. Attendees can tune into My 100.1 FM to hear patriotic music during the Independence Day celebration.
