LEAD HILL, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers is getting ready to conduct boundary line maintenance on public lands along Bull Shoals Lake, beginning in the Lead Hill area.
Work crews will focus on a 20-mile section starting north of Tucker Hollow Park, and along the south and north banks of Bear Creek, continuing to the Missouri state line.
Wilco Contracting, Inc. of Yellville will be re-marking the existing Corps boundary line, surveying monuments, clearing brush and replacing and painting boundary line posts.
According to a news release, encroachments on public property such as excessive mowing, unauthorized tree cutting and personal property stored on public land will be documented.
