O’Fallon Woman Injured in Reeds Spring Crash

REEDS SPRING, MO. – A woman from O’Fallon, Missouri is injured in a two vehicle crash, involving a motorcycle Sunday morning, in Reeds Spring.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 32-year-old William Baker of Marshfield was traveling southbound on U-S 160 at 10:25 a.m., when he overturned the motorcycle he was operating to avoid striking a vehicle stopping in front of him. Baker and his motorcycle then crossed the centerline and struck a northbound vehicle, being driven by 37-year-old Joshua Shelton of O’Fallon.

A passenger in Shelton’s vehicle, 37-year-old Amanda Siethel, was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield to be treated for her moderate injuries. According to the online crash report, Siethel was not wearing a seat belt.
