Two Arkansas Men Charged With DWI’s After ATV Crash

EAGLE ROCK, Mo. – Two men from Bella Vista, Arkansas are charged for driving while intoxicated following a ATV crash Sunday night, in Eagle Rock in Barry County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 23-year-old Caleb Kelley was operating an ATV and traveling eastbound on Farm Road 1135, at Farm Road 2275 at 6:40 p.m., when he struck another eastbound ATV being operated by 55-year-old Randall Kelley.

Caleb Kelley was airlifted by helicopter to Mercy Hospital in Joplin to be treated for his serious injuries. Caleb and Randall Kelley were both charged with DWI’s, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s online arrest report.
