BRANSON, Mo. – Even with the forecast of showers and thunderstorms, the Relay for Life of Taney and Stone Counties is still on for tonight.
Due to the potential rainfall, Relay for Life officials have chosen to move all the evenings events indoors to the Branson Primary School on the Cedar Ridge Campus, according to event Co-Chair Sarah Hammons:
Hammons says if the weather play nice, they will go outside to play a handful of games and activities they have planned. She adds teams can begin setting up inside at 4 p.m. and everyone is welcome to begin showing up after that.
Opening Ceremonies and the survivors lap starts at 7 p.m. The silent auction is still taking place and will run from 5 to 9 p.m., and the Luminaria Ceremony is being held at 9:30 p.m.
