MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – A father and son from Harrison, connected to over a hundred break-ins last summer, receive their sentences in Baxter County.
Court records show 25-year-old Donald Miller and his father 51-year-old Steven Miller were convicted of multiple felony theft charges, as well as a slew of misdemeanors on Friday.
Authorities say the two broke into several mini-storage units from Harrison to Mountain Home.
Donald Miller was sentenced to four years in a state prison and will have six years of probation after that. However, Steven Miller was sentenced to 20 years in a state prison with eight years suspended and 12 to serve.
According to the Baxter County Prosecuting Attorney David Etheredge, the two men were sentenced on charges from both counties.
