Oak Ridge Boys Theatre

BRANSON, Mo. – The Oak Ridge Boys Theatre in Branson is getting in one last hurrah, before demolition begins to make way for the incoming Mercy Multispecialty Clinic.

Tomorrow (Tuesday) the Taney County Sheriff’s Office is using the theater as a tactical training course to stage a hostage rescue, a barricaded subject response and a high-risk warrant execution drill.

Director of Safety and Security at Mercy Springfield Dwayne Doran says this is a great way to get one more use from this building before demolition begins.

More information on the plans Mercy has for the location can be found here.
