BRANSON, Mo. – The City of Branson is paying for the relocation of more than a dozen signs prior to the start of the Spirit of 76 Project.
City Engineer David Miller says the signs interfere with the installation of buried utilities along the entertainment promenade…
Some of the signs will be moved to a different location, while others will be raised to accommodate the promenade improvements.
Phase one of the Spirit of 76 Project involves about a mile of Highway 76 between Rosalee Street and Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum.
Work to relocate the signs will be completed by Native Signs, LLC at a cost of nearly 129-thousand dollars.
