BRANSON, Mo. – Investigators say the Hillbilly Inn Restaurant fire in Branson is determined to be “incendiary” based on findings at the scene.

Fire Chief Ted Martin…

Martin says investigators with the Branson Fire Department and Missouri Division of Fire Safety eliminated potential accidental causes first…

Martin reports an autopsy has been completed on a victim discovered beneath the debris and rubble on Thursday.

Taney County Coroner Kevin Tweedy has not released the identity, but says the victim appears to be an older man.

Tweedy says he will release further information as it becomes available.
