FORSYTH, Mo. – A motion to reduce bond is denied for a man from High Ridge, Missouri accused of stealing an Indian Point police vehicle last month.
Thirty-eight-year-old Joshua Hutson remains in the Taney County Jail on 50-thousand dollars bond.
According to Sheriff Jimmie Russell, Hutson stole a patrol cruiser during a traffic stop March 14th, then crashed the vehicle into a creek near The Vineyards condominiums in Branson, where he was later arrested.
Hutson is charged with first-degree burglary, resisting arrest and tampering with a motor vehicle. He appears in court again on Tuesday.
