Gas Prices in the U.S. Continue to Increase

WASHINGTON D.C. – The U-S Energy Information Administration reports the U-S average retail price for regular gasoline continues to increase for the fifth week in row, now rising to over two dollars a gallon.

Amerine Woodyard with the EIA in Washington files this report:

 

The EIA is predicting gasoline prices in the U-S will remain around two-dollars a gallon through the rest of 2016 and into 2017.
