BRANSON, Mo. – The Branson Police Department continues its investigation into a multi-vehicle car crash in Branson, which claimed the life of a three-year-old girl Sunday evening.

At approximately 5:28 p.m. the Branson Police Department, alongside Branson Fire and Rescue crews, responded to a three vehicle crash on Gretna Road, near Deer Valley Road, in Branson.

Jennifer Langford, Communications Manager for the City of Branson says Justin Bolin of Springfield was traveling northbound on Gretna Road when his vehicle and another northbound vehicle, driven by Daisy Marks of Branson, collided. Bolin’s vehicle then crossed the median and was struck by a southbound vehicle driven by Jonathan Pilgrim of Benton, Arkansas.

Passengers in Bolin’s vehicle included Bolin’s daughter, three-year-old Danielle of Springfield, and Bolin’s mother, Nancy Bolin of Ozark. Danielle was secured in a child safety seat in the back seat of the vehicle, but did not survive the crash. Nancy was transported to a Springfield hospital where she is undergoing further treatment of her injuries.

Passengers in Pilgrim’s vehicle, JoAnne Pilgrim and one of her sons, and Daisy Marks were all transported to Cox Medical Center Branson to be treated for their respective injuries.
