Road Rage Leads to Harrison Arrests

HARRISON, Ark. – Police in Harrison say a road rage incident over the weekend lead to two arrests for battery.

According to Chief of the department, Paul Woodruff,54-year-old Jimmy Munnerlyn from Princeton, Missouri and 23-year-old Jacob Tapprich from Harrison were involved in an altercation on the road, when they pulled into the Casey’s parking lot off of south Highway 65 on Saturday evening…

 

 

Woodruff says the fight didn’t stop there…

 

 

Both Munnerlyn and Tapprich were arrested on the scene for second degree battery; however Tapprich ended up needing to go to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for the injuries sustained to his head, according to Woodruff.

He says Munnerlyn was booked into the Boone County Jail.
