GALENA, Mo. – A woman from Branson pleads not guilty to parental kidnapping in Stone County Circuit Court.

Court records indicate 31-year-old Laina Glore has filed a motion for a change of judge, and is scheduled to appear in court again on April 4th. According to jail logs, she remains in the Stone County Jail on bonds totaling 80-thousand dollars.

Laina Glore and 24-year-old Devin Glore of Bourbon, Missouri were arrested in January, after the couple reportedly kidnapped their young child from his legal guardians, and brought him to a residence in Stone County.

The incident prompted the Missouri State Highway Patrol to issue an endangered person advisory for 2-year-old Damian Glore, who was found unharmed by deputies, and returned to his home in Crawford County by the Division of Children Services.

Devin Glore was released from jail on his own recognizance last month, and is scheduled to return to court March 29th.
