FORSYTH, Mo. – The Taney County Health Department announces three upcoming free food handler’s classes this month.
Anyone who works, or plans to work, in a restaurant of other type of food establishment in Taney County is required to successfully complete a food handler’s training course. The course will cover a number of topics including, safe food handling, cleaning and sanitation guidelines and basic food safety procedures.
Classes are being held on March 28th at Branson City Hall, March 29th at Hollister City Hall and March 30th at the Taney County Health Department in Forsyth. Each class will be held from 9 a.m. to Noon.
This course is regularly offered on a monthly basis, for a nominal fee, in both English and Spanish.
