Sons of the Revolution to Honor Former C of O President

POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. – A former College of the Ozarks President will be honored by the Sons of the Revolution with a special ceremony on Saturday, March 12th.

Dr. M. Graham Clark, C of O President from 1952 to 1974, was elected President General of the Sons of the American Revolution in 1974. The M. Graham Clark Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution in Columbia, Missouri is named in honor of Clark.

President General David Appleby will preside over the ceremony at 11 a.m. at the Ozark Memorial Park in Branson where Clark is buried. A special memorial grave marker will be added to Clarks’ gravesite as well.

Deceased World War Two veteran and former member of the Sons of the Revolution, Seth Bedford Caperton, Jr. will also be honored during the ceremony.
