HOLLISTER, Mo. – The Hollister School District is proposing a bond issue for voters in the upcoming April 5th election.
The district is looking to borrow money in the amount of 800-thousand-dollars for the purpose of providing funds to acquisition school facilities currently leased by the district.
Superintendent Dr. Brian Wilson joined Greg and Karen on Ozarks Now on KRZK to discuss this bond issue further:
Wilson says he also wants to insure voters that this bond will result in no tax increases for the patrons of the Hollister School District.
The district is currently working towards publishing a video to better explain exactly what voters will be casting their ballot on in April. Until that time Wilson invites anyone with any questions or concerns to contact the Hollister School District at (417) 243-4000.
