Deputies Recover Drugs, Guns from Home in Reeds Spring

REEDS SPRING, Mo. – A man from Reeds Spring is facing four felony charges after Stone County Sheriff’s Deputies search his home for illegal items.

Sheriff Doug Rader says officers were following up on a call in the Branson West area on Thursday, when they made contact with 38-year-old William Pryor at his home on Wild Bird Lane.

Rader says during a search of the residence, deputies recovered approximately 13 grams of methamphetamine, 29 hydrocodone pills, 83 generic xanax pills and a small amount of marijuana. Officers also located rifles, pistols and ammunition, along with over 8-thousand dollars in cash.

Pryor is charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, and one count of unlawful use of a weapon. He is being held in the Stone County Jail on a cash-only bond of 75-thousand dollars.
