BRANSON, Mo. – The City of Branson is entering into agreements with adjoining property owners for planned improvements along highway frontage as part of the 76 Country Boulevard Revitalization Project.

City Engineering & Public Works Director David Miller says the uniform joint-use easements provide support for design and construction of pedestrian ways in front of participating businesses…

The first two agreements are being made with Wilder Auto, LLC and Wilder Grain Limited, owners of Branson Auto Museum and the parking lot on the west side of the property.

Aldermen approved first reading of two bills establishing these uniform easements during their regular meeting this week.
