GALENA, Mo. – A man charged with parental kidnapping in Stone County is released from jail on his own recognizance, with conditions that he makes no contact with his son or his son’s legal guardian in Crawford County, other than what is approved by the local courts.

Twenty-four-year-old Devin Glore of Bourbon, Missouri was arrested last month along with 31-year-old Laina Glore of Branson, after the couple reportedly kidnapped their young child and brought him to a residence in Stone County.

The incident prompted the Missouri State Highway Patrol to issue an endangered person advisory. Two-year-old Damian Glore was found unharmed by deputies, and returned to his home by the Division of Children Services.

Devin Glore is scheduled to return to court March 29th. Laina Glore is bound over for circuit court arraignment on March 7th.
