POINT LOOKOUT, MO. — The Keeter Center plans to celebrate Valentine’s weekend with the following dining options in Dobyns Dining Room:

Valentine’s Dinner — Saturday, Feb. 13, from 5 to 8 p.m., a special evening of fine dining will be held. Dinner will include a candlelight setting, live music, and dancing. A special menu will be served, and the cost is $47.50 per guest.

The special, four-course menu will include a choice of starters and baby spinach salad with strawberries, candied pecans, and crumbled goat cheese with pear honey dressing. The entrée will include a choice of twin petite beef filets, lobster ravioli, pork prime rib, or half roast duck with campus gooseberry compote. Miniature desserts will be served, including rich, flourless chocolate cake, raspberry truffles, salted caramel brûlée, and strawberry vacherin.

Valentine’s Brunch — Sunday, Feb. 14, a special brunch takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The brunch will feature hickory-smoked prime rib, campus-raised ham, and a shrimp and oyster display.

The cost for the brunch is $34.95 for adults, ages 12 and up, and $13.95 for children, ages 3-11. Children under the age of 5 are complimentary.
