BRANSON, Mo. – Social group Branson Freethinkers is collecting personal care products for distribution to neighbors in need through CAM, C.O.R.E. and the Women’s Crisis Center of Taney County.
Group member Sarah Tweedle says “Show The Love” collection barrels are set up at Country Mart on Highway 248, and Price Chopper on Highway 76…
Members will also be collecting donations at both Walmart stores in town, including today through Sunday at the Highway 76 location, and next Friday and Saturday, Feb. 12-13, at Branson Hills Parkway.
Tweedle says local food pantries do a great job of collecting and distributing food, but personal care products are often overlooked.
Items in demand include toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, diapers, baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc.
