Man Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Drug Charges

GALENA, Mo. – A man from Springfield waives formal arraignment in Stone County Circuit Court and pleads not guilty to two felony drug charges.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested 42-year-old Robert Kail last summer following a traffic stop near Branson West. Officers reportedly located methamphetamine, prescription Oxycodone, drug paraphernalia and a .22 caliber pistol inside his vehicle.

Kail is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

He is scheduled to return to court on Tuesday, March 8th.
