Principal Isaac Sooter said Langston is highly respected by students, parents, and her fellow teachers.
“Mrs. Langston consistently manages the stress of students with disabilities with a positive, loving, and compassionate disposition,” Dr. Sooter said.
Beyond engaging her students in the classroom, Mrs. Langston works with others in the district and the community to find opportunities for her students to practice and grow their skills.
Langston has been teaching special education for six years in the Reeds Spring School District. The chamber honored Langston during its monthly luncheon on January 28 at the Kimberling Area Library.
