Officers identified 44-year-old Kenneth Boucher driving in a vehicle and knew he had a warrant out for his arrest. During the traffic stop police found prescription narcotics in Boucher’s possession. He is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance in addition to his original charges of commercial burglary and theft of property.
During the arrest, officers learned 25-year-old Danielle Bess was living at Boucher’s residence and had a warrant for her arrest. She was taken into police custody and charged with a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in addition to the previous charge of forgery.
Both Boucher and Bess are being held in the Marion County Jail.
