The Missouri Public Service Commission approves a small fuel adjustment charge decrease as requested by Empire District Electric Company.
Average residential customers will see a decrease of about 65-cents a month beginning December 1st.
Meanwhile, Empire is seeking to increase annual revenues by more than 24-million dollars, with average residential customers seeing a 10-dollar increase on their monthly bill if approved.
Evidentiary hearings will take place in April in the Governor Office Building in Jefferson City.
