thumb_31cdb8b512300d5ARKANSAS- Arkansans are revisiting the topic of raising the state’s minimum wage with this year’s election.

Arkansas is one of the few states with a minimum wage under the federal level of 7 dollars and twenty-five cents an hour.

Voters will decide if Arkansas’ minimum wage will gradually rise from six dollars and twenty-five cents to eight dollars fifty cents by 2017.

Early voting began October 20th. The general election will be next Tuesday, November 4th.
