Man Gets 7 Years in Bicyclist’s Death

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – A Springfield man is sentenced to seven years in prison for involuntary manslaughter. Twenty-four-year-old Blake Basten pleaded guilty for chasing his girlfriend down Kimbrough Avenue last November resulting in the death of 23-year-old Zachary Gibson.
