MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – A Baxter County man now faces federal charges for child pornography after being indicted by a grand jury.
According to court records, 36-year-old Mark Breitenstein pleaded not guilty to five counts of receiving visual depictions of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. He was released on 10-thousand dollars bond on Monday.
He first faced state charges in April 2013, but those were later dropped in anticipation of federal charges.
Breitenstein will appear for his first jury trial on December 1 in Fort Smith.
