HARRISON, Ark. – A Harrison man is sentenced to 35 years in prison for sexually assaulting teenage boys.

Forty-four-year-old Jeffrey Hamilton pleaded guilty to numerous charges in Boone County Circuit Court this week.

Hamilton was charged with five counts of rape, six counts of felony fourth-degree sexual assault, six counts of sexual indecency with a child, one count of misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, and five counts of giving alcohol to a minor.

According to court records, some of the charges are reduced for Hamilton’s plea agreement, which was approved by the victim’s families and the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Mike Moore says investigators obtained evidence in an exchange of message between Hamilton and a juvenile male that helped build a case for County Prosecutors. The Boone County Sheriff’s Office website shows Hamilton was still being held in Harrison as of Thursday afternoon.
