
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Three men face charges for allegedly robbing a Springfield residence in September.
The three suspects broke into the home around 5 a.m. on September 1, according to the homeowner, who says the alleged burglars wore masks and kicked in his door. One of the men pointed a gun at the homeowner, demanded valuables, and then pistol-whipped him.
According to the probable cause statement, the suspects began attacking the victim, causing him to briefly lose consciousness, and allegedly took numerous personal items including a guitar.
Eighteen-year-old Cody Smith of Springfield, 22-year-old Nicholas Kueck of Springfield, and 29-year-old Kennith Cline of Niangua are all charged with robbery, burglary, and armed criminal action, according to court records.
