A company that operates Hollywood Wax Museum and other attractions in Branson has purchased the 4-thousand seat Grand Palace Theater on Highway 76.
Los Angeles-based Kuvera Partners, doing business as Branson Entertainment Center-Branson, LLC, purchased the 13-acre property for 2-point-7 million dollars from the FDIC. It’s the second time the property has sold in the last 4 years.
The Grand Palace closed in 2008 after showcasing national and international celebrities and a variety of productions since 1992.
According to a news release from Kuvera Partners, there are no immediate plans for the property. The company will conduct extensive research and analysis prior to designing a master plan.
